We all know how banking is currently done. You go into your credit union or bank, queue up and wait in line for a few minutes until you get to a teller while easy listening music plays in the background. The teller accesses your account, and from there you can do things like make deposits and withdraws, make loan payment, or solve an account discrepancy. If you’re in a hurry, you can also use an ATM. Just walk or drive up to the machine, put in your debit card and PIN number, and make a withdrawal or deposit.

While there’s nothing wrong with this approach, times change and technology improves. You can already conveniently access your account online, either at your computer or through the First Alliance Credit Union mobile app, and do things like transfer money between accounts, check your credit score, make payments to companies or individuals and even start a loan application.
