Business Credit Card Application

Basic Credit Card Application Process:

  1. Download the Business Credit Card Application using the form on this page
  2. Complete the application and provide any required supporting documents (typically we need your most recent tax return forms)
  3. Submit your completed documents to our team for review by using our secure document upload site or by bringing them to one of our branch locations.
  4. Our team will quickly review the information you've submitted, along with your personal credit report, and provide a decision within 3 business days.
  5. If approved, you'll receive your Business Credit Card in the mail within two weeks.
