3rd Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser

Join us on Thursday, August 14th at the Jewel in Lake City MN, for a day of golf, friendly competition, and community support.

Single Golfer - $200

Admission for one golfer in the tournament, registration cost includes 18 holes of golf, golf cart, lunch, dinner, and entry in to hole contests.

Team of 4 - $800

Admission for four golfers in the tournament, registration cost includes 18 holes of golf, golf cart, lunch, dinner, and entry in to hole contests for all players.

Dinner Only - $50

Dinner only ticket is for the admission of one person to the dinner following the tournament. Dinner will be served at 6:00pm.

First Alliance Foundation Golf Registration

Registration Opens at 11:00am

Join us between 11:00am and 1:00pm to check-in your team, participate in our pre-event activities for chances to win prizes, purchase tickets for the bucket raffles, and grab some lunch before you head out on the course.

Box Lunch Served at Noon 

Ham or Turkey Sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, cheddar, mustard, bag of chips, sliced apples, cookie.

Shot Gun Start at 1:00pm

Be ready for a day of fun on the course by 1:00pm. We will take a group photo and share some important information about the day's event.

18-holes of fun! Enjoy the day on the course while supporting a great cause!

Raffle Winners Drawn at 6:30pm

When you've finished your round of golf you'll have time to buy your last minute raffle tickets. Winners will be drawn live and announced starting at 6:30pm. Must be present to win, prizes will not be shipped.
